Delivery

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery and contact information and include your desired date and time of delivery, and any other delivery instructions -  (use the 'special instructions to seller' text box shown on the order form page to do this).

Your food order should then arrive right on schedule in line with the details you have provided us alongside your order.    We will keep you updated about your order throughout the process. Occasionally, we may need to deliver earlier to fit delivery schedules - but we will never plan to be late.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order then a % of the order value will be refunded, depending on when you need to cancel.

Cancellation with 4 working days' notice before the business day of delivery day – 100% of the balance refunded

Cancellation with 3 working days' notice before the business day of delivery day – 75% of the balance refunded

Cancellation with 2 working days' notice before the business day of delivery day – 50% of the balance refunded

Cancellation with 1 working day's notice before the business day of delivery day – 25% of the balance refunded

Cancellation with less than 1 working day notice before the business day of delivery day – refunds will be issued only on extreme events

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you feel that the standard of your catering or service was not in line with your expectations, please do contact us so that we are able to make things right for you either by telephone or email at communitycateringcic@outlook.com

If standard of service is found to be below that which is acceptable then we will offer a refund/partial refund for the applicable elements of your service.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your request for a refund has been received and investigated, we will contact you to explain our resulting actions and the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
