Our catering school is intended to become one of the best in the north east.

We will offer free Skills development and work experience to local people seeking to gain employment within the Hospitality and catering industry.

Volunteers and students will be able to access realistic work environment and gain valuable skills and experience to take forward to employment interviews

Hygiene and safety training; general kitchen induction; cookery and food service skills; customer care as well as personal skills, teamwork; problem solving; job search and interview techniques can be offered.    

Certification is possible up to NVQ Level 2.
