Title: NCFE LEVEL 1 & 2 AWARD IN CREATIVE CRAFT USING COOKERY
Aim: This qualification is available for learners aged pre-16 and above. This qualification is specifically aimed at schools; it aims to enable learners to develop basic skills in a chosen craft area. The qualification provides learners with underpinning knowledge of the craft process which gives learners the basis for progression onto further study.

Credit value: 7 Whilst engaged with the Community Catering CIC Academy programme you will get a range of opportunities to experience new things and develop new skills.
Your time with us over twelve weeks will be split between work experience with professionals and other trainees in our business and time spent in a learning environment.
Each trainee’s experience of the Academy programme is unique as you will choose your own learning and training pathway alongside your work experiences. This will form the basis of your Individual Learning Plan.
You will also gain personal development and job search / interview training.
