Please use the 'special instructions to seller' text box on the order page - to ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery and contact information and, most importantly, that you've included your desired date and time of delivery.
Once we have received your order we will check and confirm the details by email. Your food will be freshly prepared, as close to the required time as possible, to make sure its fresh and tasty. We will dispatch and deliver your food shortly in advance of the time that you require it.
Delivery for orders is generally free but we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover basic costs for small number orders (usually under 10) or for distances in excess of a local round trip or on a route which exceeds a reasonable time to commute.
